Murder is a game
Here’s how to play.
There are no rules to playing dead with us although novice sleuths might appreciate a few tips. Whether you are a live wire or more shy and retiring you can be assured of a truly entertaining time with Playing Dead.
Some of our guests relish the opportunity to dress up in the fashions of the era and throw themselves into the ways and customs of the time. The more reserved may prefer to remain in their modern day clothes or to add a small accessory to give a flavour of time period. The choice is entirely yours.
All the suspects to any events that emerge will be characters presented by the actors of Playing Dead. You may wish to throw yourself into the action or sit back and enjoy the spectacle that unfolds before your eyes.
You can ask the characters as many questions as you like, but take care, they may have something to hide so might well tell you lies!
There may be opportunities to follow characters, overhear conversations or even search them, but these moments will be made obvious to you (sometimes the characters genuinely need to use the bathroom!). Supersleuths may want to write notes as they go along to help unravel the mystery as, at the end of the evening or weekend, before the final revelations, there will be time for you to decide on who you think is responsible for the devilish crimes that have taken place.
We hope that you have a fantastic time with us enjoying an evening, weekend or special event of murderous fun. If you have any further questions, check out our frequently asked questions here, or contact us here.
